New Accounts

New Account application form and certificate of re-sale must be faxed to the accounting department at 818-759-0777 or emailed to [email protected] prior to an order being processed.

An opening order of $500 is required to open an account, after that there is no minimum order value.

A notification of your new Hallmart account and status will be sent to you within five working days.

If you will be paying via credit card please send in a completed credit card application and please make sure you only initial one option.

All pending orders will be processed after the accounting department has received the above required information.

Returned check payments will incur a $35 NSF fee.

Custom Orders Made in USA

Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront and orders must be signed by Owner/Buyer. There is a 20 set minimum order requirement for bedding or 50 pc MOQ for pillows, in both cases minimums are per design.

Final delivery of your custom order will vary between 30 days and 90 days based on fabric availability.

Custom orders may not be returned.

Size limitations may vary between collections. Please contact customer service for additional information or please contact your Hallmart Sales Representative.

Shipping

Hallmart shops for the best possible shipping rates and methods of shipping to ensure the lowest possible freight rate.

If you have a preferred carrier or special requirements, please notify us in writing to ensure all such procedures are followed.

We also accommodate 3rd party shipping requests. Please note this on your order.

Residential and rural areas will incur additional freight charges.

Condition of Sale

Placement of order with Hallmart Collectibles, Inc. constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms are either Pre-Pay or Net 30 days with approval (unless other special arrangements have been made.)

Warranty

Every Hallmart product is warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the original purchase date. Hallmart may repair or replace at its discretion without charge.

Proof of original purchase and photographs

are required.

Dealer is expected to inspect all customer claims. Hallmart representatives will only perform in-store inspections, if applicable.

Claims for damage to product arising from negligence or improper cleaning will not be accepted by Hallmart.

Customer’s wholesale cost of product constitutes the maximum liability that Hallmart will consider on any claim.

Return Policy

Hallmart proudly stands behind every product we sell with a goal of 100% satisfaction for our customers. From time-to-time, there may be an issue with one of our products. We have outlined our return policy to ensure that any and all problems are efficiently resolved in a timely manner. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt with the driver present. Any damage should be refused at the time of delivery and noted by the carrier. Please note the steps to our return policy below:

All Returns

Items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt without penalty.

Product must be returned in the original packaging.

Hallmart does not accept returns on any item after 30 days from receipt.

Any item returned without an RMA can be refused at the customer’s expense.

For your protection, we recommend that all shipments be sent back with a traceable return number and proper insurance.

Once the item is received and inspected at Hallmart, a credit (not including freight) for the item will be issued to your account. If you maintain a prepay account and require a check to be issued, please contact our accounting department to request a check refund at 747.245.8800 x10 or email us at [email protected].

An RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package for all returns including sample returns.

Please note that a 3% credit card fee will be charged/deducted on all returns if original form of payment was a credit card on all non-defective rugs for Prepay customers.

Drop Ship Orders

Hallmart is capable of drop shipping orders directly to your customers address for all retailers as well as Ecomm accounts. Please contact customer service for further information.

Non-Defective Returns/ Merchandise Adjustment

Hallmart’s products are made of various fabric types. Colors may vary slightly between dye lots and individual weaves. Slight pattern irregularities are normal.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any non-defective product.

Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per item returned.

Swatch Requests

Fabric swatches (4x6) are available for sale at $5.00 per swatch mailed by USPS

Swatch books are available for $150.00 per book and shipped by UPS

Please mark your order clearly as “Swatches or Swatch Book”.

Defective or Damaged Returns

Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect and open the package thoroughly with the driver present. Goods damaged in transit must be refused at time of delivery. It is possible that the outside packaging is intact while the product inside was damaged in transit – particularly with hand-tufted products.

If unable to open and inspect immediately at the time of delivery, please write “Subject to Inspection” on shipping documents before signing for delivery. Please note clearly any obvious issues or signs of damage such as torn packaging, rips, etc.

If damage is not noted at time of delivery, call the carrier to amend the Bill of Lading prior to returning the shipment. The shipping company or Hallmart Collectibles, Inc. cannot be held liable if BOL/Shipping document is signed and damage is not noted by the receiver.

Verify your BOL/Shipping document for number of packages and note any items which have not been received.

Please call customer service immediately at 888-991-7888 x10 and notify us that you have received/refused a damaged item.

A reorder for the damaged/defective item will be processed once a new PO is received.
